BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: October 3, 2005 Public Meeting
Members Present: Stephen Enoch, John Makuc, Robert Annelli, Dean & Fran Amidon, Stefan Grotz, K.Purcell
The meeting began at 7:10 pm
· Robert Annelli reviewed the state’s guidelines
· Stephen Enoch remarked that the changes would apply to drilled wells. Shallow wells would remain under existing guidelines.
· Stefan Grotz expressed concern for any distances from “contaminants” and recommends starting at “zero” until a contaminant is identifiable. Especially Lake or Riverfront properties. Property lines should be increased for Lakefront properties.
· Dean Amidon expressed his happiness with the reductions
The meeting adjourned at 8:00pm.
